GYROKINESIS® is the foundation of inventor Juliu Horvath’s methodology; a series of exercises performed on mats and stools in a group class setting. The system works the entire body through a full range of spinal movements. This method gently articulates the joints and strengthens muscles through rhythmic, undulating exercises.
Fluidity is key. Postures are not held for long periods of time. Instead, they are smoothly connected through the use of breath, making the exercises appear and feel like a dance.
