I was not sure If I was the right "type" for Pilates. I could hardly touch my toes when I started. After meeting Jen and having my very 1st session I was hooked! Jen is an incredible instructor with amazing patience and inspiration. I always leave my sessions feeling like I have actually transformed my body. Pilates makes me feel stronger, more limber, and actually happier. Every other activity I engage in feels better because of Pilates. I would reccommend Jen's class to anyone!
