Movement Education treats pain and improves performance. Our practitioners identify compensatory muscle habits, and creatively drawing from a variety of modalities, repattern them neurologically through movement. Specific movements are utilized to recreate alignment of the joints and bring muscle balance, restoring proper muscle function to the body.
